Feeling sad and anxious

You may sometimes feel sad or anxious after your baby is born, and this is common. This includes feeling:

  • teary
  • irritable
  • moody
  • constantly worried
  • overly sensitive

These feelings normally pass after a few days. If they last longer than 2 weeks, you should ask for help.
